Couplings

We manufacture the full range of API couplings in our facilities, in addition to special sub-couplings and couplings for PCP pumping.

Our base steel is AISI/SAE 4140 and we offer AISI/SAE 8630 as an option.

Our manufacturing process begins with streel provided by ACINDAR ARCELOR MITAL, and once it has been inspected, the dedicated heat treatment that is carried out in our facilities leads to the achievement of a product with superior characteristics.

The couplings are machined in CNC lathes, threaded by a cold-forming process, which grants high-strength properties to the threaded joint.

Our final process is an immersion phosphate coating that achieves greater resistance to corrosion, with excellent tightening torque uniformity, and anti-galling and lubrication properties.
