We make sure that the goals set in previous stages are carried out within the established deadlines and with the resources that have been assigned. To achieve this, we rely on highly trained human capital committed to this mission and a Quality Management System that meets the requirements established for the oil industry. All our products are manufactured according to the most demanding quality standards and comply with API specification 11B. As Norris manufactures products using the latest technology and is a World Class Manufacturer, we can guarantee our commitment to quality.
In our state-of-the-art laboratory, tests and quality controls are carried out at each stage of the process.

We take care of directing the different initiatives of continuous improvement that may arise at all organization levels, promoting interaction between the different teams that participate in the processes and emphasizing that each member should be aware of the part they play in the company and know the role of all other collaborators.
In addition, we deal with the administration of documents related to the quality processes and legal and juridical frameworks that support them, including elements such as risk analysis, verification actions and audits, among others.
